First we were scared that we might not get a car because I am 18 and the reviews didnt look that nice either but the management has changed and the new guy seems very hard working and ambitious to make everything work for us, we got our bond back and had no problems at all. We rented the larger car for five days and everything went great. We asked for the rental on short notice, and Imagine was very helpful finding a good car for my family. The car was in great condition, clean and ready to go. We returned the car with no problem and got our bond back. Everything was perfect. This is a great place to rent a car and avoid the big corporations.

The bonds are not kept by Imagine Car Hire, but by the banks and drop out automatically in about 7 working days. They are only accessed for tolls, admin fees for fines, fuel , damages etc...normal to every car rental business. Every extra km to your allocation is only 33 cents and is clearly stated in the contract.
