The reception staff are really unprofessional. They actually laughed when I was in the room as my appointment was related to womens health. My partner had a skin check and was told to come back in three months for a follow up appointment. He got a letter to remind him of this but when he went back to make the appointment they had no record of him in the system and told him he'd never had the appointment in the first place. So dumb.
Used to go here, but after being made look like an idiot about bulk billing I am cautious of going back
