Russel provided a thorough and enjoyable consultation prior to us purchasing a solar system through econnect. He showed us comparison panels online and shared several cups of tea during the process. Russel showed a deep knowledge of solar and was quite concerned with the trees and slope of hill, to ensure we would receive enough sunlight throughout the day. It was a no brained for us to invest in solar.The installation was professional and completed by two electricians and a skilled laborer, they hard working and enthusiastic - also enjoying a nice cup of tea and coffee when we offered; a sign of trustworthiness I believe.The solar system looks great! Right from the time I saw the salesman I felt I was doing the right thing purchasing my solar from econnect. Russell was very professional and very thorough in his explanations. Yesterday when the tradesmen arrived to install they were very courteous and explained what they were doing. When the job was completed I was given a very good run through with the process of it's workings and what to look for should there be a problem.
