Absolutely fantastic and professional customer service. Jen was so helpful in helping me with my last minute order. I was ordering from California USA. Jen promised timely delivery, and she was spot on. Jen also sent me, via text, a photo of the flowers prior to delivery to make sure I was happy with her selection. She also sent a photo of the card she chose, based on my ideas. Everything was perfect. The attached photos show the arrangement and the happy, newly married couple who received them. I highly recommend Haven Botanical.
A lovely florist with really interesting displays. Next door to the RocknRoll cafe in Mullumbimby. They are tucked away but worth a visit. The lady who owns it is very creative and helpful.
From the moment you walk down the lane and approach the shops gates you enter a different world. When you walk through the shops doors its a magical land of local delights! These women love our local area!! Its proof is in all the local flowers and products. I just cant wait to get home each month to see what delights I can fill my home with! Especially the poppies and roses thank you for the magic
