Friendly staff, great doctors, many services!
Have called and booked appointments, arrived for appointments only to be told no appointment was made, costing me money and time...not even an apology. They have also forgotten to inform about test results that could have resulted in a miscarriage...serious stuff. Often left waiting for an hour or more for appointments. I once called to advise i might be 5 mins late for an appointment and of course that was not acceptable and i was treated with contempt by the receptionist and threatened with fines and a cancelled appointment. 5 MINS LATE!!! I actually made it in time and only called out of courtesy. Never an apology or any amount of concern from the reception staff as to the distress they cause through there incompetency and bad attitudes.
The doctors were good, but the reception staff were horrible to us. We waited an hour and a half before they told us we needed to be up stairs. I was there the day be for and everybody waited down stairs and every other time I had been there it was the same . No one eve. Apologised for wasting three hours of our time. So rude

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years now. I've found that all the Drs are top quality friendly Caring and over all professional. I've moved towns a few times but I still come back to Mullumbimby Comprehensive Medical Center . Well worth the drive A+
