Good quiet park but long walk to amenities
Needs work.. Close enough to everything, yet far enough away to chill.. A bit of planting wouldn't go astry, as the river is Beautiful where you can get to it. . Old mate at the counter is a Hoot, and the Bloke at the Bar is a nice guy,, hope they work out how to open it more often.
Recently spent a week at this campsite, had no caretakers at the time and the residents pitched in during a busy season. With future improvements and full time caretakers this camping spot has the ability to be great. Right on the river and half the price of sites over at brunswick.Hot showers, powered and non powered sites and a camp kitchen with a sink , a bbq griller and 2 fridges, microwave, kettle. The amenties were a bit of a walk but that was fine for me. The club is open on friday nights and have cheap beers and do great burgers and downstairs they had woodfire pizzas which were great. So all in all a good cheap camp spot.
Great spot power water and by a lovely river
Very peaceful but long way from the amenities if using a powered site. Very dog friendly.
