Burgers are really good. Service is friendly. Coffee on the other hand is one of the worst Ive had in a long time.
Place is ok. Good customer service.Food presentation is very good. I have to give 2 stars as there was way too much salt in our food (probably in the sweet potato mix)...very unfortunate as it made the experience disappointing.
very pretty place, although the staff were a bit cold. I ordered the acai bowl and only after he made it, he told us that there werent bananas left and had to use watermelon instead. It still tasted good but didn't have the same volume as normal. Just would have appreciated if they had of told us before so we could maybe look at another item on the menu or just to see if that was alright before making it.
3.5Nice airy cafe on the main drag. Plenty of interesting types inside. Nice town this one with numerous good looking eateries.We sat outside. Inside is lovely and nicely fitted out though. We just wanted outside air. Just coffee and a mineral water today as part of our quick visit to town. The coffee was lovely. Strong, substantive and with good length. A good one.Service was a little cool and detached here for me. The trendy looking staff looked a bit withdrawn and unhappy and had no interest in us. It makes all the difference though when deciding to round up or down.
I had lunch here last week and it was a delicious dining experience. The menu at Empire Cafe is amazing. So many things I could have ordered, which means I will have to come back to sample the rest of the menu. A lovely cafe, very nicely decorated with that rustic feel. I grabbed a seat at the window facing out onto the street, listened to the music playing and enjoyed my delicious and interesting Salad bowl with a well made cappuccino. Highly recommended
