Lost my cat - did very little to try and find him. Took our money for looking after him and now won't respond to my communication - our whole family is devastated
I love knowing when I drop Tala off at Cozycats that she will be looked after so well and given the attention she so craves! :) Kai is so friendly and a pleasure to communicate with, even giving me lots of helpful information when I had enquired about the food Tala eats when she stays at Cozycats because she always comes back so healthy and happy. We have been coming - what we call on "camp" ;O) - with Chester for many years and it is the best place around. Kay cares for the cats like for her children. The place is very clean, good food and very personal for each cats needs. I love the fact how Kay sits with a cup of tea in her gorgeous wintergarden to keep the cats company and for cuddles.She always knows to tell a story about Chester and how he went during his stay.The service is excellent and also very flexible in drop off and picking up - even from my home once, when I was unable to drop off Chester when I had to leave early in the morning.Always again - Thank you Cozy Cats - the name says it all!!!
We have entrusted Cozy Cats with the care of our beautiful kitties on numerous occasions. I swear they come back looking healthier each time! I couldn't hope for a more nurturing, caring environment for our babies. 5 stars Cozy Cats! Love your work!
The only place I would leave my cat...Whilst it is a bit of a drive out to Cozycats, the scenery is spectacular! I always feel a little more relaxed after drop off - or collection.The set up - is fantastic! Kai is warm, friendly and always helpful.Highly recommend Cozycats!
