Our dog had a tick and was having trouble walking.I was quoted $650-$750 by Richard for a 3 day stay and if there were no complications. I was told 3 days is the normal stay required.But I signed off on a $650-$900 admittance form. Richard then quoted me $75 to shave our dog. I declined this offer.There were no complications as I called 2 times. At the start of the 3rd day I was called by Bec to collect our dog. Prior to being told the total cost I was offered a shave for our dog and now it was $50. The bill was $900. WHAT!It was reduced to $800 after I gasped so I paid $650 and took it up with Richard. After an email exchange Richard has enlisted a Debt collector for the remainder which now totals $150 ... Greedy!I won't go back here again and I recommend you don't either.$900 was never mentioned and I never bothered to read the admittance slip. The employees are nice people but the Vets will surely take as much money as they can from you..
